Who we are
Clarity Consulting Group is an independent mineral and working-interest management firm in North Dakota. This policy covers claritycg.net, our contact form, our text messages, and the information clients give us to do their work.
What we collect
On this website. Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the interest type you pick, and your message. The form is delivered to us by Formspree, which processes it for that purpose and nothing else. We run no analytics and set no advertising cookies. The page fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request like any web server.
As a client. The records the work needs: contact details, ownership and title documents, operator statements and check detail, division orders, leases, joint-interest billings and AFEs, tax forms such as a W-9, and bank account details when you ask us to set up direct deposit with an operator.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, to do the work you engage us for, to communicate with you by email, phone and (if you opt in) text message, and to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. We do not use it for advertising. We do not sell it.
Text messaging
If you opt in to text messages, we keep your mobile number and the record of your consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Our phone and messaging carrier delivers the messages as a service provider to us, and for no other use. You can stop at any time by replying STOP. The program terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
Who else sees your information
- Operators and their land and revenue departments, when you ask us to act for you: division orders, address changes, direct deposit forms, elections and the like.
- Service providers that run our systems: the contact form, email, phone and messaging, and document storage. Each sees only what its service needs.
- Anyone the law requires us to give it to.
Your information is never sold, rented or shared for anyone's marketing.
How we keep it
Access is limited to the people at Clarity who do your work. We keep client records for as long as the engagement and our record-keeping obligations require, and inquiry records until the inquiry is closed or you ask us to delete them.

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an inquiry record: info@claritycg.net or (701) 575-7010. Reply STOP to any text message to end text messages.
Changes
We post changes to this page with a new effective date.
